The DPH260 combines the advantages of both plate-type blister and roll-type blister packaging machines by employing both positive press form and roll heat sealing for a uniform and crisp form wall thickness with high sealing continuous operation efficiency.With PLC control technology, frequency control technology, servo motor stepping drive, high-speed feeding, and human-computer interface interaction technology, the DPH260 has become a mainstream model in pharmaceutical packaging machines and is widely used in aluminum-plastic blister packaging for pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, farm chemical, drug , food .

• With the adoption of Schneider's advanced motion bus control system, the DPH260's entire transmission system features more accurate, stable, low-noise, tunable, easy-to-maintain and additional features compared to conventional gearbox transmission mode packaging machine.

• Adopts modular design with a modern look, firm and reasonable structure.

• The heat plates will reduce to lowest position approching forming mold , which avoiding heat loss during operation ; raise to the highest position to avoid causing deformation and stretching of the PVC sheet while the heat plates while downtime.

• The forming stepper adopts servo(servo motro:Schneider ) sliding platform holding stepper with high accuracy , stepper error is less than 0.02mm.

• Large diameter anilox rollers with high heat content ensure a large pre-heating area, clear patterns and tight sealing.

• Blank moulds do have a buffer zone; Blowing the mould and forming the mould into tight contact.

• The machine is easy to install, repair and maintain and the moulds are easy to change, modern looking, firm and reasonably constructed. The machine's form, type and punch devices are uniformly built with a four-pillar structure and work smoothly with high guidance accuracy.
