In March of this year, our province announced the first batch of 200 substantive industry university research alliances, with Liaoning Chunguang as the "leader" on the list. Our alliance has 5 universities and institutions with technological resource advantages and 4 upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain. Zhang Zhicheng introduced that the alliance is currently driven by the technological needs of enterprises and adopts a contractual benefit distribution mechanism mainly based on technology transfer or cooperation. The cooperation model has basically established the cooperation unit as the main supplier of the alliance.

With the support of the alliance, the key technology of sterilization in the cheese filling space was quickly conquered. Liu Dongping, a member of the Alliance and professor of Dalian University of Technology, was inspired by the scientific research achievements previously used for sterilization of ICU ward space, and "grafted" the low-temperature atmosphere and other in vitro sterilization technologies to the needs of Liaoning Chunguang, solving the problem of hydrogen peroxide residue. The application of this technology in cheese stick food packaging is an international initiative, "Liu Dongping said." Currently, utility model patents have been authorized for protection, and multiple technologies have been applied for national invention patents

Zhang Zhicheng candidly said, "In the past, when encountering technical problems, one had to 'figure out' the answers themselves. The results purchased from suppliers did not fully match the needs of the enterprise, and there was a lot of innovation pressure. Now, the needs can be accurately solved within the alliance

At present, Liaoning Chunguang and members of the alliance jointly carry out multiple projects such as the "Intelligent Production Line for Key Equipment and Storage of Pharmaceutical Packaging" and the "Semi fluid (Cheese) Efficient Sterile Packaging Intelligent Flexible Production Line". There have been 4 national invention patents, 1 EU invention patent, and 3 software copyrights are currently being applied for.
