In 2011, Bi Chunguang and his wife, as one of the initiators, initiated the establishment of Liaoning Chunguang Machinery Co., Ltd. Four years later, the company underwent restructuring. In 2016, Chunguang Pharmaceutical Packaging was listed on the New Third Board.
